TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Scope

These terms apply to all resources sold on works.n9fold.com ("Ninefold Works", "we"). Payments are processed by Tebex Limited, which acts as merchant of record. Tebex's checkout terms apply to the payment itself.

2. License

• Each purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license tied to the Cfx.re account used at checkout.
• You may run the resource on servers linked to that account and change the files left open under escrow (config, locales, bridge).
• You may not resell, share, upload, leak or redistribute the resource or parts of it, changed or unchanged.
• Resources marked OPEN SOURCE are covered by the license included in their files.

3. Delivery and escrow

Resources are delivered through the Cfx.re asset escrow system (Keymaster) to the Cfx.re account used at checkout, usually within a few minutes. Escrowed files only run on servers linked to that account.

4. Updates and support

Updates are published through Keymaster and listed in the changelog on the product page. Support is provided through tickets on the Ninefold Discord (works.n9fold.com/discord) for the frameworks listed on the product page. Modified code and frameworks not listed are not supported.

5. Termination

A breach of these terms, a chargeback or a payment dispute ends the license. Access to the resource and to customer channels can be revoked.

6. Liability

Resources are provided as described on their product page. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise our liability is limited to the purchase price, as far as the law allows. Keep backups before installing or updating resources.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force at the time of purchase applies to that purchase.

8. Law

German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
